WHO AM I?

I am an Adlerian psychotherapist and clinical psychologist, also specializing in psycho-oncology.

I work with people who are experiencing loss, grief, anxiety, sadness, emotional exhaustion, or periods of difficult transition.

I pay special attention to bereavement after the loss of a pet, a form of suffering that is often misunderstood and invalidated.

I don't offer quick solutions.

I offer presence, containment, and a safe space.

How I work

I meet people in moments of their life, when things no longer look the same as they used to: after a loss, in the face of illness, in a period of exhaustion or confusion.

In the first months after a loss, the focus is on:

  • emotional support

  • stabilization and containment

  • creating a space where pain can be experienced safely

  • respect for the rhythm and needs of each person

Psychotherapy and emmotional support is a process of accompaniment, not a race.

My approach through Adlerian psychotherapy

The Adlerian approach views man as a unique being, in search of meaning and belonging.

We work with:

  • meaningful relationships

  • the courage to be imperfect

  • the meaning of suffering

  • rebuilding meaning after loss

The principles of my approach:

  • Every behavior has a meaning, conscious or unconscious: including what hurts, what seems “wrong” or inappropriate. Understanding the meaning presents the opportunity to change it;

  • Direction is more important than "diagnosis": you are not your label, you are a living process;

  • Healing happens in relationship: we can get hurt in relationships and we can heal in relationships. In our sessions we build a relationship based on safety, equality, and cooperation;

  • The courage to be imperfect: we learn to let go of shame, harsh self-criticism, and perfectionism;

  • Belonging and contribution: healing can begin when you feel like you have a place, a direction, a meaning.

Specifically, this means that in therapy or emotional support sessions:

  • I listen to you actively and without judging you

  • We explore your story and the beliefs formed in childhood

  • We seek the meaning of your suffering

  • We create new ways of being, more appropriate and authentic

  • We work with courage, vulnerability and self-understanding

My journey

My professional journey began in the field of pharmacy, where I worked for several years as a pharmacist. In direct contact with people, I understood that apart from treatment and recommendations, it is also extremely important to be listened to and supported emotionally. My experience in psycho-oncology brought me close to people who live in uncertainty and fear, and this is reflected in the way I accompany emotional suffering.

Education and training

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy

  • Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychological Intervention

  • Specialization in psycho-oncology

  • Complete training in Adlerian Psychotherapy

  • Practice Certificate issued by the College of Psychologists of Romania in the following specializations: Clinical Psychology, Adlerian Psychotherapy and Applied Psychology in the field of national security

My training is complemented by a continuous process of professional development, with a focus on working with emotional distress, grief, and periods of crisis.

HOW CAN I SUPPORT YOU?

I offer you a safe online, confidential, empathetic and non-judgmental space where you can talk about what you are experiencing, even if you don't yet have all the words to describe what you are feeling.

I can accompany you if you are going through:

  • a difficult period in your life, when you feel like you can't cope anymore, that everything is too much

  • grief and loss, including the loss of a beloved pet

  • anxiety, constant restlessness, or emotional exhaustion

  • persistent sadness or depressive moods

  • a personal crisis or a transitional stage

  • an oncological diagnosis or the emotional impact of an illness, on you or a loved one

In the first months after a loss or in a time of crisis, the focus is on emotional support, containment and stabilization. We do not rush the process or force change. We work at a pace that is right for you.

Psychotherapy and emotional support is a process of accompaniment, not a race.

WHAT BENEFITS COULD YOU HAVE?

Psychological intervention or emotional support does't mean producing a change or making pain disappear overnight.
Over time, the process can help you:

  • better understand what you are experiencing and why you feel the way you do

  • feel less overwhelmed by intense emotions

  • find a more appropriate way to cope on the hard days

  • reduce your level of anxiety, stress or inner tension

  • gradually regain a sense of security

  • reconnect with yourself and your needs

  • find meaning and continuity, even after loss
